Please download the PDF waiver file. This file includes a waiver for The Nature Conservancy and The University of California. Print a copy of these two waivers for each participant to sign.

Please bring both original signed copies to the island with you. Give The Nature Conservancy and University waivers to reserve staff upon your arrival.

Please keep a copy of each waiver, including the Rules for Participation page, and provide these copies to each participant for their records.
